Coconut (non-dairy) caramels! Peanut butter caramels too!





Coconut Non-Dairy Caramels and Peanut Butter Caramels are now available. The Peanut butter caramels are also made with fresh coconut milk rather than our traditional cream and butter caramels. They are available in dark chocolate (non-dairy) or dark-milk chocolate.


*Please note, that all of our chocolate may contain dairy or nut traces.

Hoorah for Farmers Markets

Well, it's so fine and dandy being at the farmers markets so often. Not only do I get to have fun selling chocolate, but I get to treat myself to something gorgeous everytime. Now I'm really living like royalty this week, because the harvest from yesterdays market meant a supper of fresh 100 mile bread from A Bread Affair with risotto and a white wine morel sauce, made with wild morel mushrooms from Mikuni Wild Harvest. For dessert I made a tart from flour milled by The Flour Peddler and topped it with fresh blueberries from Forstbauer Organic Farm. Blessed indeed.

Winter Farmers Market Dates

Happy New Year! Okay, it's a little late for that, but I hope you all enjoyed your holidays and had a great start to the New Year. I can't believe it's February already! So people tell me that Valentine's Day is just around the corner and I should get going on the heart chocolates. Good thing I am ready just in time for the New Westminster Farmer's market on Feb 12th. I hope to see you all there!
