Many many thanks to my dear friend Chad of "Chocolates by Chad" fame who has closely consulted with me on these lovely creations and on all matters in the art of chocolate making. And what fun I have had too!
Our current selections include Natural White Chocolate, 70% Dark Chocolate, Sittin' On the Fence (dark milk chocolate) and More Milk Milk Chocolate. We also have the famous Nutty Fish and a selection of fine caramels.
More fabulous creations to come as we continue to play with different flavoured ganache centres and perfect other recipes. I have loved the many interesting (and sometimes daring!) suggestions...keep them coming!
